If I'm honest mate, it's a little naff. The flash animations on each page are kind of cheesy. I'm not liking the dice in the header either, I don't really see what that has to do with design (it says 'gamble' to me).

The index page is really wordy too. Maybe add some pictures, such as the latest work you've done with a quick explanation and a link to the design process.

People love to see how things are made, and showing people that a design didn't just make itself on a computer but you actually sketched ideas and spent time researching helps to add value to what you do.

As above, start again. Plus that navigation bar looks VERY familiar > www.stationery-direct.co.uk ...tell me you didn't rip that part from our website?

Oh dear. That does look like a rip of that navigation bar.

The navigation bar from your website looks very similar to mine... I agree. Is it patented?

No, but the idea of the navigation bar is typical for web.2.0 menus. Do you want me to change it?

    Re: navigation bar

Boss Hog's navigation bar might not be copyrighted, but it's a bit rich asking for feedback on your website and then ripping off the admin's website elements!

Oh, dear - it should be 'what's that?'. Typos are typing errors or spelling mistakes.

I truthfully don't think I'm that great at graphic design but looking at the portfolio of your site, in particular the logo section, has just made me much more confident about my own work. Thanks :icon_thumbup:

Strictly speaking, it should be 'what are they/those' (wink!). Still, a designer who doesn't know the answer to that one is either truly blessed or massively inexperienced.

    BIG change

Hope everybody will clap their hands for the information I changed the navigation bar!!!
Dear Katedesign, where are the spelling mistakes everybody is talking about? :)
Need to update the portfolio section soon... very true.
    Thanks!

props for designing it yourself, but i dare say that considering you're going down the whole 'new designer' route, it does look pretty dated

Edit: just realized there was a page 2. this lad has just been bitch slapped by GDF

    Spelling mistakes: LOGO page:

'We are proud to present some samples of our cerative work. Here are some logos design that gain win recognition by our clents:'

Not going to look at every page...
