It's been going on almost a year. Here's everything that hasn't fixed it:
Complete format and update of the Macbook including Mac OS
Fresh install of Photoshop
Updated Cintiq drivers
This isn't a "bro turn off your dual-brush settings" type of fix, as the cursor lags with the lasso tool and also just moving the cursor around the screen with nothing selected. I'm working in a psd smaller than A4, so that's not the issue either. Everything used to work until "updates" had to be installed and somewhere along the way it just broke down.
If anyone knows how to fix the issue I'd be very grateful, as the internet so far just says turn down brush settings (which are well optimised already, take it from me) or update drivers.
