Banner critique

Hi Guys, been working on this for a client this evening, it's the main banner on the homepage of the site so it needs to stand out, have a good call to action etc. I'd just like your thoughts, and any improvements

The white text could do with being centred top to bottom and the shop the sale button moving to the right bottom corner maybe.

Perhaps add some contrasting colour to 'Shop the Sale' - you want to encourage then to click on that presumably?
