What kind of project would land in your lap and make you grin from ear to ear?

I've done the odd bit of book artwork, and thoroughly enjoyed making art for games, but what still makes me reach for the stylus the quickest are those rare projects that involve making artwork for a Christmas grotto. "Draw a company mascot" is one thing, "draw a winter wonderland with Santa flying overhead and elves messing about" is another thing entirely. "And by the way we love anything a bit Disney-ish, so go wild!"
 
Book cover designs, traditional book illustration with animals, or anything map-based does it for me.
 
A really meaty web development project with a decent initial budget and a great monthly retainer. Something that'd occupy 4 or 5 days a month.
 
I like a variety as I get bored doing the same thing.
I've just been working on a massive isometric city and I only take these on when my head has had time to recover.

Sometimes I actually crave a no-brainer.

I quite like working on apparel and I find murals can be fun.
