Hi Tom,

Welcome back, hope you had a good time in sunny Spain!
My invoice template includes the following information;

My logo top left and my name and address top right.
Invoice to: Client Contact, Company Name, Address
Invoice Date
Invoice Number (My reference number)

Table with 3 columns:
Description of job/project
Hours spent (not always used just if its a per hour job)
...then at the bottom of the table a total £ payable.

Under that...
Terms: Payment within 30 days.
and details of how payment can be sent

Thanks for your business.
Greg Findley T/A GregFindley.com (if you're a LTD company this is where company registration number and details would go, and same goes for if you're VAT registered)
My address

Think that's all, hope that helps

Didn't Berry have a great one too Greg... i'm sure he put it on here at some point.. but I could be wrong :p

No problems Tom.

& Chris I'm not sure if he has, I did a quick search but couldn't find anything directly related, sure Mr.B will remember and let us know if he has :)
