    Hi there guys,

Im in need of some help... you see I am making a letterhead for a restaurant/bar, and have made the design in Illustrator and saved it as a PDF. Now the business is going to use Hotmail as the e-mail address, so what i need to know is how do i have the letterhead design always inserted in all the e-mails that they send.

Any advice would really really be appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Ben.

    Hi Ben

I am not 100% sure but I don't think this is possible with Hotmail, your client needs to be using Microsoft Outlook or similar for their e-mails to enable you to put the Letterhead header and footer in each e-mail.

Do they not have a proper domain name for their business? eg; eatanddrinkhere.co.uk, if so then this is easy to set-up.

As mentioned I'm not 100% sure about Hotmail, I am sure somebody will confirm shortly.

I'm thinking along the same lines as you Damon. I'm not sure if hotmail will allow that kind of thing. As you say, it would be better if they got some pop3 accounts and a domain and then use Outlook / Outlook Express.

    Much easier :)
