  2. I think that the second set of menu items is a bit over the top.. prefer the one at the top of the screen.. but thats just me.

    Spaces must be consistent and the main navbar needs to be made bigger!

    Otherwise I like!

    Where does the "liquid design" part come into any of this? I got all excited because a friend of mine owns a design company/brand called liquidesign and I thought this might be relevant?

    Aesthetically I like it, although within that there are problems. Nothing grabs my eye, I'm not really sure where to look and in the end it just gets a little frustrating. Possibly too in your face, everything is competing for attention.

    I would look at putting more emphasis on the important elements and less on the others, possibly by less contrast between the menu text and background, stuff like that.
