Twitter Cards?

Anybody got any idea what this is?

Apparently the reason we have no image next to our GDF Tweets is because this is set-up (somehow!) but we have not selected an image!! Where, how, why?

It looks like either the template for the site or code you've used has included the twitter card meta.

Take a look here https://davidwalsh.name/twitter-cards as it explained it fairly simply to me when I was looking at it.

Been a while since I looked into twitter cards though in all honesty but I believe you're likely missing the 'image' line but that link should help if not.
Code:
<meta name="twitter:image" content="address of image here">

Thanks Levi

Hopefully sorted, will see how that goes.
Well it's working on the twitter link to this thread, looks like you might need to add it to the main template or something as it's not showing on the others for me.

Side note: your twitter, the pinned one at least, seems to have been hijacked by people promoting crowdsourcing and you know how we all feel about that :)

Pinned one seemed fine? Removed it anyway.

It probably just needs time to update on Twitter's end – https://developer.twitter.com/en/do.../guides/troubleshooting-cards.html#refreshing

Refreshing a Card in a Tweet
I updated my site meta tags, but my Tweet shows the old Card. How do I refresh the Card?
Our web crawlers re-index the Card tag information on your page roughly every week.
When testing and/or iterating on Cards, it is sometimes helpful to test updates on your timeline. It may be possible to use the following technique to refresh the cache with your most up-to-date changes of your page’s Card.
  1. Add Card metadata to a page
  2. Tweet URL to that page
  3. Refresh your browser to view the Card contents on your timeline
  4. Change Card metadata on the page
  5. Take the same URL and runs it through bit.ly
  6. Tweet the new bit.ly URL
  7. Refresh your browser to view the updates
Additionally, you can create multiple bit.ly URLs to allow for repeat testing. For example, adding dummy parameters to the end of your URL (http://www.test.com/?x=test1) or a unique hash (http://www.test.com/#test1) will generally not affect the page contents, but will generate a unique bit.ly URL for each unique value of x.

Still cant get my head around this!! It should be using http://www.graphicdesignforums.co.uk/styles/default/xenforo/twitter.og.png as the image, code all seems correct.

Yet it doesn't > https://twitter.com/designforums

Anyone?
Seems to be loading as the 'stock image' for twitter links when I go to the twitter link, only issue that the 'image' is square and cutting off gra and ign plus most of the forum part of the image. Might want to consider a 'square design' for the image.
