Hello, i have downloaded a theme called lotus from theme forest, and trying to install the the template for my website, but i am trying to find the file to help me upload the template ( lotus) for my website wordpress template, the video suggested zip 1.32 but i could not find a zip file in any of my folders

You may want to raise a ticket in the developer's support page or ask the question in the comments for the "Lotus" WordPress theme.

In your Wordpress admin page, go to Themes > Install New Theme and upload the zip file you downloaded from Themeforest. It should install without problems. If you get an error, extract the zip file first and check that the theme folder (likely just called "Lotus") isn't inside another folder.

On theme forest on downloads there is an option in drop down 'Installable WordPress file only' - that's the theme file.
