Hi, I'm looking for a developer to partner up with to produce decent responsive Wordpress templates. There are so few out there that are actually good, well designed, and reliable. I've done a fair amount of Wordpress sites using templates and most of them have some frustrating problem with the design or navigation. I'd like to create some that don't. I'd do the visual elements and I'm looking for someone to collaborate on the way the template would work and the build.

Is this for client specific sites or to sell on template websites? I build templates from scratch but make them exclusively for clients rather than distribute / sell them.
 
For selling on template websites. Obviously it needs discussion on royalties, theme support etc. It's an idea I've been kicking around for a while and I thought I'd try and do something about it.
