Were Can i learn to do this type of animation

I saw this video of an intro from this guy channel. And I want to learn how to create something like it. but i cant find any place that can teach me i dont even know what type of animation it is. I will appreciate any help I can get.

It was done in Flash but it would be easier to do it in Adobe After effects, now.
