Client Side Web Designer. A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional web designer to join this leading Irish retail brand as it looks to expand its Ecommerce channel.
We are looking for an exceptionally talented web designer to take charge of the look and feel of all online creative for this prestigious retail company. You will offer web design and creative solutions for all new media activity, responsible for the creative output of all digital promotional assets (email, microsites, homepage etc) as well as having key input into the management team. Your responsibilities will also include some offline design.
Designing front-end pages for the homepage as well as new and current microsites, creating interactive promotional campaigns online and presenting new ideas to build the online brand presence will all be part of the role.
To be effective you will be a design graduate with commercial experience. You will have worked on a range of websites and have an impressive portfolio. Whilst this is a fashion and design company, working on the E-commerce sites means you will have to be aware that ultimately, it’s a channel to market. As such, functionality and form must follow your design principles. Helping out on some of the template issues may also be called for so any technical aptitude in HTML, CSS, Actionscript etc will be greatly appreciated.
