Web Banner, E-Flyer & Flyer combined design

Hi,

We are in need of a design for our event which would consist of an E-flyer, and web banner. I think it would make sense if we offered both the works to one individual.

Again an e-flyer as well as a physical flyer is what we're after along with an advertising web banner with information on the event. The flyer design would be simple but stand out simultaneously...

We are a new promoter launching an event, playing deep & tech house & Nu-Disco. DJs confirmed at a central London location in July.

What would be the average cost? Any other questions we need to ask?
