Useful window in ID CS2

Guys, have just managed to produce the following window from an ID CS2 document, thing is I 'aint got a blinking clue how i've done it!!!!

Any ideas about what it is and how i can do it again, as this might just be really useful in the future, as it shows all the text in order with the associated paragraph styles.

To answer my own question... just found the apple'y' edit in story editor function.
