Hi
Not sure if this is the correct forum for this query.
I am creating a brochure for a client (B2B) and one of the pages has a list of clients they themselves provide services for.
In terms of using client logos, let's just say for example their clients are Coca Cola, Pepsi + 10 others.
I was wondering I would need permission from the client's representatives themselves.
I'm aware there's a fair use law: P-09: Copyright Law | Fair Use conditions which seems to suggest I may not need to do this directly.
The only side note, is that in terms of the layout, I would like to do something similar to this, but with the logos arranged more neatly: http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m66etgEIBp1qlydtvo1_500.jpg
Not sure if I would also need permission for that, but surely every major brand has in their brand guidelines a version of their logo in solid black?
Anyway, if anyone has had experience of this that they can refer to, any comments would be very much appreciated!
