UPDATE - Final stage - which one of this 2 versions is better?

Hi, this is for a marketing consulting business targeting the high range of small businesses.

After posting the first draft a few days ago (the 3 logo variations thread), Ive worked on top of it having in count all the feedback Ive got.

Now Ive came with this 2:

Which one is better?

I would like to hear your opinion,and of course advise is always welcomed!

Definitely the first one. Using the logomark again just makes the whole thing look messy and reduces legibility at smaller scales.
