Twitter and Facebook Links on YouTube channel

I've been looking for tutorials online but so far had no luck.

Is there a way to put Twitter and Facebook links on my YouTube channel, preferably with Icons. If I could have Follow me or Like buttons that would be even better.

I know I could just copy and paste the URL but it looks a bit messy.

Could someone point me in the right direction please?

You can post your facebook and twitter urls directly under the description section of Youtube Channel. As Youtube does not allow to put HTML code anywhere, so it is better to directly put the url.
