Tshirt printing near Livingston, Scotland?

I've got a friend, who's got a friend who's wanting to get some designs printed onto t-shirts and hoodies to advertise his tattoo business.

He's located in Livingston, Scotland but local printers he's tried don't do tshirts, and rather than going with a faceless internet printers, he asked me if I know anyone.

Anybody on here nearby or able to send them via post that can give a minimum quantity and a quote for the printing?
