Tshirt print guidance

Hey folks, I was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction for Tshirt printing. I have put something together and basically just need a one off print done. The print must really be of a decent quality. If anyone has any reccomendations they could throw my way they would be greatly received.

Thanks Boss! I have heard mixed views on Vista, but they could be worth a look due to the fact that they accept metafile and .ai files.

It is something I have never had to do myself before but I have decided to experiment for an xmas present. The key word being "experiment" :icon_hide:

With stationery and flyers etc I have heard some horror stories, with tshirts I have no idea.
