We have literally zero context for this. What was the brief? What is the short about?

Haha, yeah. I guess I meant I don't have an emphasis on cheap jump scares, rather use pure suspense to build the horror."Suspence and horror" DER!

My bad. The post did suck. The short is Sci-Fi, abstract horror. Most of it derives fear from the unknown as you're taken through a prison facility that goes deep underground and although a lot of aspects seem familiar , it only aids in creating an uncanny finished look, being very close to what we know but twisted into something absurd. I imagine Silent Hill and that new Russian game "Atomic Heart" would be a good point of reference. But its also got a lot of style inspired by the 60s/70s. So Saul Bass was a big inspiration. Hope that helps.
