The CV look?...

I have been looking around at different types of cvs, at the moment my cv is a plain word document, but im seeing a lot of designed cvs, what i wanted to ask was, is this something company's like to see? am i best changing my cv to something that stands out more?
 
I'd say that if you're a creative, your cv should offer some visual excitement. Google "Creatve CV" and see what comes up. :)
 
If your a graphic designer then for sure! your CV should also be word perfect to show your attention to detail :)
