Stock control GUI for an online accessible database

Hi all, im trying to build a stock control system with a graphical user interface and a database for holding stock item data. The problem is ive absolutely no programming experience and have no idea where to start.

Ideally i would like this to be accessed like a web site for field engineers to be able to access and manipulate, plus a workshop to be able to use it on a daily basis for logging repair data to items and moving them through a process of areas?!?

I realise im a little out of my depth here but am desperate to get this done and i have about 3 months in which to do it in.

Please any help would be appreciated?

Understatement of the year. There is no way you are going from 'no programming experience' to a full-blown web application in 3 months. Get real and hire someone.
