Software Question

What programme do you think would have been used to create the imagery on this cover?
I'm talking about the shapes and fades etc.

Would it just be illustrator + photoshop? Or is there a programme that ca produce these nice soft fades more easily?

Looks like Ai + Ps to me, could be wrong though, maybe 3d max + Ps or somthing?

Same as above. Would make sense to do it in Illustrator. Photoshop wouldn't be that suitable.

I would think that it's just Illustrator.

if its not illustrator it could also be plasma (3d vector program)

Yes - but it could be done in Illustrator - just take a bit of work!

There's a number of ways it could be done. I'd probably make the shapes in Illustrator (or a 3D program for speed), then mess about with it in Photoshop.

Snap. I'm more comfortable in PS so I'd look to work more with it but likewise, Illustrator would work also.
