scribbled graphic mp4

Hello, I would like to ask for advice. I have some drawn technical details (first picture), it is vector graphic saved as pdf. and I would like to change it to reach a kind of scribbled effect like on the second picture. It should look hand-drawn. What is more important I would like to animate lines, so they will be drawn one after another. Can you please give me some tips how to do this? Can I use things I have in pdf. or do I need to start drawing from beginning? Any help is welcomed.

Yes, you will definitely need to redraw it as a sketch, it's in a totally different style to the first one. It doesn't look like a vector to me, and so won't be editable.

There must be a few ways to animate it, depending on what software you have at your disposal, but I can't help you there.

Thank you for you help. It means that the best way is to redraw it and record it while drawing it, right? I use Adobe Cloud. I'm just still wondering if it's possible to backlight the first image and then just trace the second one to have right effect while recording. Could you please advise me on that?

I would probably try and do it in Photoshop or similar, just a matter of finding the right brush or pencil. Would be a lot quicker.

I'm sure there's probably a better way. Try YouTube - 'How to animate a drawing in sequence' or something.
