Printers Only - Windbreaks

Hi I am looking for a printer that is able to print Windbreaks for the Beach. Please can you let me know if you are able to do this.

I am looking to get this done through a printer and not an agency

Do you have an idea of quantity and finished size?

Single or double sided print?

Are they for a short term promotion?
