Printed Wedding Card, Slotted for insert

Hi Folks

I need a printer to provide the following...

A6 280/300gsm card x 130

Slotted to take business card sized insert.

Cost for above and seperate cost for same in Linen finish
Cost to include delivery mainland UK.

The 'slots' could well cost more than the card itself. For 130 off you will find it easiest/cheapest to cut them by hand. Just mark them up and get a sharp scalpel.
