Welcome is spelled incorrectly.

I don't know what half the stuff is.

Don't care - see it everywhere.

It's not inspiring.
If it was an interview it would be entry level position.

Don't try and use English if you don't understand how to spell or write it correctly....

As for the work, it looks like hundreds of other free templates out there.
