Honestly, welcome to the 90's.... it's so incredibly dated it needs to be brought in line with current trends and UI/UX

Wow, not seen one that bad for quite a while. I suggest you find a web designer or at least start with a modern web template.
Well, don't know whether it's your first try or not but for sure you need many improvements in different areas. Some basic suggestions from this end-
  • The entire page is pretty much static, make some dynamic parts for user convenience.
  • Font sizes need to be increased as well
  • Increase usage of buttons for better UI/UX
  • If possible use some copyright-free custom image related to your subject which can be useful for increasing user retention.Or you can simply download royalty-free pictures from different websites like pixabay,freepik etc.
