A few notes:


Desktop

Navigation, the hover-overs blink the first time that you hover over them.

Navigation, the angle inverts when hovering over all the menu items except offices. Consistency.

The colour of the text on the hero is borderline illegible.

No favicon


Mobile

Navigation, the menu icon is HUGE

Margins are a little too narrow
