It's called photosketch and it's an automated montage programme which using sketched shapes and key words to search for images online. It then creates a photo montage from the results as closely resembling your initial sketch as possible. It sifts through all the searched results that match your sketched shapes and then chooses the best images which will blend together, similar colours, textures qualities etc.
It's pretty amazing really, the science behind it, designed by some Chinese uni students.
