Page flipping e-brochures

Does have anyone have a good resource for creating page flipping e-brochures from existing artwork?
Whether it be software or outsourced to a company. The best example of this i've seen is www.talksport.net/mag, but I don't know who created it.

I believe on the computer arts website they have a lot of information on how to create these flipping e-brochures.

There are some flash downloads for a one off small fee which let you do this. When we first starting doing the ebrochures we used a tool which was very low cost. Now we use a dedicated application which allows us to convert the PDF's to the ebrochures and supply about 5 lines of code so they can be integrated into a clients website.
