Need some help

Hi, I need some help for a graphics design project. Actuality I want to know what is the best way to do my task? May I get help from specialists? I need to color the head of the screw (please see attached image). There are almost 25 screws of different sizes and shapes and I want to color the head with 5 different color, mean I want 25 X 5 = 125 output.
In photoshop I took a color layer above the screw head (layered), made clipping mask and tried different blending options. But the output wasn't good. Need help.

I've done like this. But white is missing- complain arrived.
