I've noticed a few threads on the designforums regarding gaining experience in design and needing help to build portfolios. Well the company I co-founded are soon to release a new service called "LinksWeaver".
LinksWeaver acts as a hub where creative people from all backgrounds including Graphic Designers can meet, interact and work together on projects. It is suitable for anyone, from amateur to professional and is even open to those who may not have specific skills or talents but instead have just had a really great idea that they would like help with.
It can help build portfolios, improve resumes, help graduates and jobseekers gain the experience they need to find work and even help to start new business or bring products to market.
Right pitch over
It is not meant as competition for freelance work or indeed to the services that you all offer on here, its about building partnerships and creating teams It will launch in August but by registering your email address now at www.linksweaver.com you will be eligible for early access starting mid July.
What do you think> Is this something that would interest some of you on here?
