Nearly there but need some twweking

I have been working in this logo for a while now and I have the concept right but I need to tweak the lettering on the L it seems to ridged and not natural enough, but I just can't seem to get it right.

I'm looking for ideas and feedback. Here are some variants to get an idea of how it will be used.

The wm are a little grey in this one but just ignore it.

Scale it down to the size it will be on business cards, letter heads etc... personally I think it doesn't work, you can't read the 'wm' very well

This is the visual illustration, the readability isn't massively important. It works very well on our planned business cards, its just the shape of the L that is bugging me.
