Minimalist Inspiration

Ok maybe I'm just taking a different view on minimalism but I would hardly class most of those sites as being minimalist.

An absence of colour (other than white) doesn't make something minimalist, if theres lots of text on the page.

Even my current site (maybe even my revised one) is more minimalist than some of the ones in your links :s

These are what I'd class as minimalist (taken from your links)

Thanks for sharing the links Ethan, whether all the examples fit everyone's definition of minimal or not, they may still prove to be inspiring :)

I wasn't flaming, I was just commenting that to me those links don't show minimalist design. I didn't say the work there wasn't any good :p
