Hey everyone,

I'm working on a custom golf shirt design for a local golf tournament, and I could really use some advice from the community here. I’ve got the basic idea in mind, but I’m struggling with a few things.

I want the design to be sleek and modern while still incorporating the tournament’s logo and colors. I’m not sure how to balance the logo placement with additional elements like player names or sponsor logos. Does anyone have experience with this? I’d love some tips on how to avoid the shirt looking too cluttered but still make everything stand out.

Also, any advice on which fabric prints best with vibrant colors? I want the final product to really pop on the course, but I’m not sure what’s best for durability and design quality.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Thanks!

I think you're going to have to post an image of what you have already before we can offer any advice or critique.

Make the logos small and close to the sleeves or chest so that the center is clean. No more than 2-3 colors. For bright colors and durability, perfect polyester with sublimation. Looks stylish and lasts long. Good luck with the design!

Consider putting the tournament logo on the left chest or sleeve to keep things looking fresh and appealing. That keeps it looking neat and professional. You can add player names on the back just below the collar and keep sponsor logos small and low-key on the opposite sleeve or lower hem.

To ensure it doesn't look too busy, choose a simple color scheme that matches the tournament’s vibe and use the base fabric color wisely. Polyester blends are an excellent pick for bright colors that last, especially for sublimation printing, which keeps those vibrant colors looking sharp without sacrificing comfort. I can't wait to see how it all comes together!
