Looking for a programmer based in SE to create an APP

Hi guys I am new to this world of programmers, but I have a great idea for an Apple App and I want to develop the idea with an independent programmer rather than a company, I am a stay at home Mum and my brother and I have come up with a great idea for an app. What we have is an idea and what we need is a programmer that we can work with to develop this app. It is a great idea and obviously we will not share details till we develop some trust and contracts are in place.
Please help, advise and if anyone knows of a great website that can help please feel free to drop info.
 
Yes, but hopefully would want them to be part of the project long term as the project has great opportunity and growth
