It's an illustration or clipart, but I'm not sure what it depicts. Is it for a business?
 
It may well be a logo - a clipart - an illustration - a whatever. Without any context or your brief at the time of construction there's really not a lot we can say about it. You created a logo 2 years ago - some sort of gnome holding a swag bag with a dollar sign on it at night.

I might assume it's for a dwarf bank-robbing team that operates at night time.

But without any context of the brief of the business - all I can say is that it looks like what it is, an illustration/clipart.
 
Where is the business name? I don't even understand what the image is meant to be.

Unless something is getting lost in translation here.
