Is Photoshop the best "Photo Editing Software"?

What's the best "Photo Editing Software"?,
Because i am using currently "Adobe Photoshop cs5 extended" And "Adobe Fireworks cs5"
Is there anything better? Or should i stick?
Please leave feedback, Thank you.
 
I know alot of photographers who prefer Aperture and/or Lightroom but as far as grapic design goes Photoshop is the way forward!
