Help with Cyberduck

Can't seem to find out how you set it up. I'm sure its glaringly obvious but i just can't seem to figure it out... I've never used an FTP thing before

It's glaringly obvious if you have the details required to set it up. Go to file > open connection and fill in all the details. If it doesn't work or you're unsure on what to fill in, contact your hosting provider.

Thanx yeah i've set it up now. I tried a few things and it didn't seem to work... a bit of trial an error and i got there!

lol all this web stuff seems scary if it ain't ftp then its css or w3c?! I'm learning slowly though... lynda.com and you guys are helping me out!!
