Help Identifying Typeface

This looks like 'Avenir' to me, but I am not certain. Does anyone recognize it?




Also, for the typeface below, I was wondering is this a regular typeface or is it custom? I'm new to graphic design and I'm trying to figure out if most graphic designers customize already existing typfaces or what the trend it..

There is a site called Whatthefont (other sites are available) which will help identify unknown fonts. They even have 'experts/nerds' who will identify from a scanned image for you. Very good to use. There are so many fronts nowadays I don't imagine that many people change them much. Hope this helps

The first one is similar to Din Condensed, but they're not 100% the same.
