Gif banner: need to make it clickable

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this gif banner im creating for a website. I have animated it in Canva but when i save it as GIF it doesn't make the button clickable (Call to action doesn't work). Is there anyway i can add a link to the GIF image?

Clickable links on images are handled by HTML, it should be something like below...
