Hand drawn i'd say, have you tried googling "Brush Fonts" for something similar?

You may come across it or something similar here...

Hmm..I'd hazard a guess and say that's hand painted. The two letter 'L's and 'A's look slightly different. You might get lucky and find something similar though.
