Flash ad-ons/extentions

Hay I'm using Fash a lot recently rather than writing job specs and thus paying the odd freelancer to do it for me, keeps our costs down which makes me look good.
But at the mo I am only using the default flash editor and was wondering on extentions to improve the effects I can get.

So what extentions do you use?
Got any links to sites that offer ideally free extentions but paid ones are also welcomed?

Any links will be highly appreciated.

I did use the Swift 3D plug in for Flash which is cracking for making simple 3D vector animations but I now use the standalone version since you can do allot more with it. Good for pre-loaders (see sig)

Nice one I'll defo try that out.
Is that the only one or two you use?

Yeah to be honest Flash is pretty ambiguous already and aside from the 3D thing I've never really not been able to do what I want to do. Having said that I was interested to see what other people used.
