Do you mean critique? Are we critiquing the illustration technique or is it part of a design? What's it for, what's she doing?

I don't see much focus at all, it's all a bit blurred and low res. Is it part of a bigger picture?

Not sure how we're supposed to critique something that is basically just a screen grab from Kill la Kill series, maybe a change of background and some blurring around the edges.
