Designing arcade machines which graphic package should newbie use?

We would like to play about with designs for new arcade machines.which is the easiest package to use .we have no experiance so the easiest software the better .probabley better if we can buy pen use software

Any suggestions folks

The ideal package for this is Vector Drawing software.
