Designer needed for clip art/greetings card designs

I'm looking for a talented designer to work with me to create clip art and greeting cards. Looking for approx 10-50 designs from various designers.
Please mail me with your rates and any examples, or proof you have. Bare in mind I'm on a budget.
I would want the finished result to be unique, all ownership and copyright with me and not resold to anyone.

Good question. Also you mentioned to bare in mind you are on a budget, could you therefore state what your budget is?

Yeah.
Basically love some of the clipart on Etsy, but I want ones designed and unique to me so no one else can use.
