Designer/Illustrator required

Hi,

I am looking for a designer/illustrator that I can work with to produce the artwork and designs for some games and designs. Ideally I would like someone based in London so that we could meet up to discuss.

I am looking for a cartoony style.

As for fees, I would like to agree a set base fee. This would suit someone that is trying to build up their portfolio.
