Decorative Vector - Tutorial?

Hello,
I'm new here. I am looking for leads that might point to any tutorials that might help me produce something like that which I have attached. If you can help, I'd be grateful.

That looks like a combination of a number of techniques (& probably a combination of illustrator and photoshop). You're best off looking for geometric shape tutorials and get a handle on them, then look at each individual element and decide what you need to know for each one to achieve the effect your after.

This isn't as hard as it looks one point is created with a blend and the smoothness (if I remember rightly) adjusted to show the steps and then the whole lot is cut and pasted and then mirror the finished half. It looks really hard but if you break it down it really isn't.
