Custom Metal Dispensers

I'm searching for a company/freelancer who is able to produce custom metal dispensers (around 1000 pieces) like the ones embedded below. It should be a very simple design (preferably in stainless steel) with the only feature of a manually controlled pouring.

The problem with the first example is that it is a bidet shower head, not allowing for a strong enough flow. The 2nd one is from plastic.

Clarification: Are you after a manufacturer to create the item or a designer to create one for you? It does read like it's for a manufacturer but you technically have no design for them to produce....

I'm looking for a manufacturer. The design is the easy part as it's rather simple.
